Some people are not familiar with how the bonding process works but not to worry, it's pretty straightforward and I will help you through the process.

What is a bail bond?

The payment that a person will make to assure that the person arrested will appear in court for all court dates

What are the cost for a bail bond?

The cost to get the defendant out of jail is 5% for most charges. However, if the defendant has multiple FTA's then the price can be subjected to change but you should call for specific details in regards to the defendants case.

What is a cosigner?


A cosigner is someone who signs for the defendant and assumes responsibility for the amount of the bond. Also, the cosigner makes sure that the defendant will attend all court dates.

How long does the bail bond process take?

The paperwork between the cosigner and the bondsman takes between 20-25 minutes. After that is complete, the bondsman will drop the required documents at the detention center. Once paperwork is dropped the jail will immediately begin the release process to release the defendant.
